RTT02 Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty for our car roof tents. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase and lasts for 12 months.


What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers the following situations:

If you receive the product and find any missing accessories or damaged parts, we will resend the relevant accessories for free.

  • If the zipper, fabric, or mesh of the door and window is damaged, we will resend a whole set of fabric.
  • If any of the locks, wire seats, ladder hooks, shoe cover rings, handles, or keys installed on the tent are missing, we will resend the corresponding type and quantity of accessories.
  • If any of the accessories in the accessory pack are missing, such as shoe cover, handle, wire (two long and four short), ladder (including ladder cover), half-moon support rod, remote control, installation pack (as shown in the picture), we will resend the corresponding type and quantity of accessories.
  • If the hydraulic rod is damaged, we will resend the hydraulic rod.
  • If the light strip or remote control has any problems after receiving the product, such as not lighting up or not working, we will resend the light strip or remote control.(Note: A500-RTT-02 does not include light strips, so it will not be reissued, please be aware)
  • If the mattress is severely damaged when received, we will resend the mattress.


Note:

  • If the tent internal pockets (both left and right sides), ceiling storage bag, if damaged, can not be reissued
  • If the paint or rubber coating of the bottom shell and top cover is damaged, we cannot resend them.


For any of the above situations, please check carefully after receiving the product and contact us in time if you find anything missing. Please provide us with relevant photos or videos as evidence and we will handle it for you as soon as possible.


What does the warranty not cover?


The warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper use or abuse of the product. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping and accessory costs for resending service.

  • If the zipper, fabric, or mesh of the door and window is damaged during use, we will resend a whole set of fabric according to your needs.
  • If any of the locks, wire seats, ladder hooks, shoe cover rings, handles, or keys installed on the tent are damaged during use, we will resend the corresponding type and quantity of accessories according to your needs.
  • If any of the accessories in the accessory pack are damaged during use, such as shoe cover, handle, wire (two long and four short), ladder (including ladder cover), half-moon support rod etc., we will resend the corresponding type and quantity of accessories according to your needs.
  • If the hydraulic rod is damaged during use, we will resend the hydraulic rod according to your needs.
  • If the light strip or remote control is damaged during use, we will resend the light strip or remote control according to your needs.
  • If the mattress is damaged during use, we will resend the mattress according to your needs.
