FREE SHIPPING ZONE
Shipping costs for other countries and regions are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in your order. (Details of destination shipping costs and timeliness are at the bottom of this page)
SHIPPING TIME
Order processing time is within 48 hours (working days). Legal holidays will be postponed later.
Please check the following shipping details for delivery time. Different countries and regions have different delivery times. You can also check it on your checkout page and the order page after placing the order.
EXPEDITED EXPRESS
We support expedited express service (FedEx/DHL/UPS or others, we will arrange the best option according to your address), but you need to charge extra shipping fee. The specific fee is based on the weight and size of the items in your order. And destination calculations.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
The shipping address should be an actual and specific address in English, no longer than 25 characters. Additionally, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
For the Roof Top Tent and Awning Tent, the Shipping to Alaska State and countries/area outside the continental United is currently not supported, thank you for your support and understanding.
ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
If the goods are out of stock, we will immediately confirm with you which goods are in stock before shipping, and send the remaining goods when they are in stock, or provide you with other satisfactory solutions after consensus.
SHIPPING WAREHOUSE
Our delivery warehouses are mainly located in China, the United States and the United Kingdom. We will choose the best way based on the inventory of the product and the destination of the order. We currently do not accept shipments from designated warehouses
ABOUT TARIFFS
At present, except for the United States, Canada, and Australia, which do not require tariffs, other countries are required to impose tariffs. But sometimes, some customers may receive customs duties or customs invoices from their home country's customs agency. If you have any questions, please consult the local customs agency in your country before placing an order and confirm that it is acceptable before placing an order.
