RTT03 Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and back our car roof tents with a limited warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal use during the warranty period. Warranty period starts from the date of purchase and lasts for 2 years

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers the following:

  • If you find any accessories missing or damaged after receiving the product, we will resend the relevant accessories free of charge.
  • If the door and window zippers, fabrics, and mesh are damaged, we will resend a complete set of fabrics.
  • If the lock, wire base, ladder hook, shoe collar, handle or key installed on the tent is missing, we will resend the corresponding type and quantity of accessories.
  • If any accessories are missing from the accessory package, such as shoe covers, ladders or mounting bags (as shown in the pictures), we will resend the corresponding type and quantity of accessories.
  • If the mattress is severely damaged upon receipt, we will resend the mattress.


Notes:

If there are pockets inside the tent (left and right sides), as well as storage bags on the top, if they are damaged, they cannot be replaced.
If the paint or rubber coating of the bottom case and top cover is damaged, we cannot resend it.

For any of the above situations, please check the product carefully after you receive it. If you find it is missing, please contact us in time. Please provide us with relevant photos or videos as evidence and we will process it for you as soon as possible.

What doesn't the warranty cover?

The warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper use or abuse of the product. Customer is responsible for payment of shipping and accessory charges for reshipment service.

  • If the zippers, fabrics, and mesh of doors and windows are damaged during use, we will resend the entire set of fabrics according to your needs.
  • If the lock, wire base, ladder hook, shoe collar, handle or key installed on the tent is damaged during use, we will resend the corresponding type and quantity of accessories according to your needs.
  • If any accessories in the accessory package are damaged during use, such as shoe covers, handles or ladders (including ladder covers), we will resend the corresponding type and quantity of accessories according to your needs.
  • If the mattress is damaged during use, we will resend the mattress according to your needs.
  • If you encounter any problems during use, please contact us and we will try our best to solve it for you.

Step 1. Contact Novsight customer service via email (service@novsight.com) or phone (1-888-862-9850) regarding product issues.
Step 2. Please provide the following information:
A. Screenshot of your order information/order number
b. Pictures or videos of defective goods

After checking and confirming the problem, we will propose a specific solution within 2-3 working days.
