El período de garantía es de cinco años a partir de la fecha de compra.
La garantía cubre : Daños de envío, condensación y otros defectos de calidad.

La garantía no cubre:
Estas circunstancias específicas no dan derecho a la garantía:
- Daños causados por instalación inadecuada, reparación no autorizada, mal uso, abuso, negligencia, piezas faltantes y/o modificaciones.
- Daños accidentales o colisión.
- Daños causados por la exposición a contaminantes químicos y agentes corrosivos.
- Productos perdidos o dañados por desastres naturales.
- Productos que carecen de comprobante de compra original.
- Los productos comprados "tal cual" tienen defectos conocidos, como liquidación, segundos de fábrica, etc. Las hebillas, la ropa como camisas, sombreros, jerseys y regalos como soportes para teléfonos, etc. no están cubiertos.
