EXPEDITED EXPRESS
We support expedited express service (FedEx/DHL/UPS or others, we will arrange the best option according to your address), but you need to charge extra shipping fee. The specific fee is based on the weight and size of the items in your order. And destination calculations.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
The shipping address should be an actual and specific address in English, no longer than 25 characters. Additionally, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty on our products, including LED bulbs, floor mats, LED light bars, headlights, small lights, rooftop tents, side tents, camping lights, camping light tripods, etc., but does not include decoders, accessories, gifts, snaps, clothes, hats, mobile phone holders, etc. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Warranty period
Different products have different warranty periods, as follows:
▶ Off-road LED pod lights (Cyber1 Series, Halo Series, Rock Series（In addition to Rock X LED Pods）) and LED light bars: five years from date of purchase
▶ LED Headlights, Rock X LED Pods, Roof Top Tents (SKU: A500-RTT-03), tripods for camping lights, Switch Panel: two years from the date of purchase
▶ Roof Top Tents (SKU: A500-RTT-QT1, A500-RTT-02), Car Side Awing, Camping Lights, Floor Mats: one year from the date of purchase
Warranty coverage includes:

The following specific situations are not eligible for warranty:

I installed the led high and low beam replacement for the factory halogen headlights in my new 2021 F150 super crew. Bright and clear white light Not bad to install. Looked it up on U Tube and that showed the tricks I needed to do it easily
Works excellent. Light bright but not to bright. Makes signs pop at night. Glad I switched from oem.
First time let me say these lights are awesome probably don't want these low beams to be very bright high beams I say you can burn out people's retinas Literally can easily light up 3 blocks long or more 20 feet Tall trees I love them now let's hope they last but hey I'd definitely buy again even if they only last 12 months they're great at lighting up the night not sure about the d.o.t ratings don't care I work at night so they're great
