When I purchased , customer service was incredibly helpful start to finish. Maintained contact via emails weekly. I’d been looking for 2 years and either quality or price or scam were inhibiting factors. I’ve had my RTT for 2 months now and have used it 4 times. That’s a lot more than I normally camp. I purchased this roof top tent for our sons to sleep in. Perfect for the two of them. I mounted to the top of our camp trailer. They love it.

The rtt packaging is very durable, strong and there is no damage.
This is a truly beautiful rooftop tent. It's very simple to set up. It comes with all the hardware to mount to the roof rack. Its weight is extremely light. Makes a great rain cover and a great cover to keep it secure when folded over your vehicle. I believe the mattress was only 2 inches thick. It can only accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. So it's not super spacious. But I wasn¡¯t asked to take care of the kids. I bought it for the comfort and it only weighs 78kg. The cab of my Jeep is capable of handling a lot of weight. Keep me off the ground. Will keep me dry. This is a great Rooftop Tent if you have one or two people!
I love this rooftop tent, no more cold, wet floors. Many of the windows have insect screens, the mattresses are good, and there's an interior pocket for small items. Sturdy retractable ladder, easy to install flexible pole to secure clamshell. I have the shoe bag (included). This thing is pretty tall and has a large surface, so it will collect a lot of bugs along the way, but it's easy to clean. The Subaru Outback Wilderness Plus this thing is perfect for embarking on a beautiful adventure. It's very warm inside and like I said - I love my tent.
