EXPEDITED EXPRESS

SHIPPING ADDRESS
The shipping address should be an actual and specific address in English, no longer than 25 characters. Additionally, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
For the Roof Top Tent and Awning Tent, the Shipping to Alaska State and countries/area outside the continental United is currently not supported, thank you for your support and understanding.
ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
If the goods are out of stock, we will immediately confirm with you which goods are in stock before shipping, and send the remaining goods when they are in stock, or provide you with other satisfactory solutions after consensus.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty on our products, including LED bulbs, floor mats, LED light bars, headlights, small lights, rooftop tents, side tents, camping lights, camping light tripods, etc., but does not include decoders, accessories, gifts, snaps, clothes, hats, mobile phone holders, etc. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Warranty period
Different products have different warranty periods, as follows:
▶ Off-road LED pod lights (Cyber1 Series, Halo Series, Rock Series（In addition to Rock X LED Pods）) and LED light bars: five years from date of purchase
▶ LED Headlights, Rock X LED Pods, Roof Top Tents (SKU: A500-RTT-03), tripods for camping lights, Switch Panel: two years from the date of purchase
▶ Roof Top Tents (SKU: A500-RTT-QT1, A500-RTT-02), Car Side Awing, Camping Lights, Floor Mats: one year from the date of purchase
Warranty coverage includes:
● Shipping damage
● Product quality defects
Note: All defects and submissions within the warranty period are at the sole discretion of the Novsight Customer Service Team and will determine whether a fair and/or reasonable resolution is provided.
Warranty does not cover
The following specific situations are not eligible for warranty:
● Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse, neglect, missing parts and/or modifications.
● Accidental damage or collision.
● Damage caused by exposure to chemical contaminants and corrosive agents.
● Products lost or damaged due to natural disasters.
● Products lacking original proof of purchase.
● Products purchased "as is" have known defects such as customs clearance, factory seconds, etc.
● Clothing such as stickers, caps, shirts, hats, jumpers and gifts such as mobile phone holders.

For orders where the product is car lights, the after-sales barcode of the product needs to be provided.

These lights are very well built and very bright. With 4 different light modes and a blend mode to do the fog light with the spot, nothing is getting past your line of sight. Though I wish the spot light was a little wider of a beam, it still does a great job and has quite a distance on it. They come with a set of Amber covers to modify the color of the beam as well as some solid black ones for when your not wanting to see the light. With the wiring supplied they were super easy to install and everything is plug and play. Took me no time at all for the install once I figured out where I wanted them.
I would recommend these to anyone wanting to add some lighting to there rig. You can tell as soon as you hold these that they are built to last.
These cyber 6" lights have worked out better than I expected. The amber cover that come with the lights are great to light up dusty back roads and animals eyes on the side of the road. They are good at lighting up street signs in the rain as well. You’re not getting Rigid quality and power out of these, but they’re good for the money.
I bought the black cyber 6-inch pod, which looks cool, and the amber on black is a great match. However, its black cover is made of shiny black plastic, which looks good. And the fit is very good. I originally thought it was mainly fixed by clips, but you actually have to push it on the body, and it is mainly fixed by friction with the body. It can be used as a protective cover when not in use. Very practical

Been using Novsight products for all my work trucks and personal truck. These are really sturdy and the ease to change from amber to clear with the removable covers is perfect. The breather helps relieve condensation, and the size is great for push bars or hood mounts
These lights have so much power for their 6" size and I love the white and amber color combination. Installation was easy but I did need to shorten the bolts a bit to work with my hood mounts. The wiring harness is nice and I found a grommet under the floor to run the wires through. Love them
